All of us want to be healthy. Old habits are hard to break, and we need several pushes in the right direction. I have just been to an event in the old castle here in La Herradura that focuses on a more natural lifestyle. I love this kind of event.
La Herradura Natural is an event that brings together practitioners of different therapies, wellness disciplines, and sports. Natural food and sustainability are also promoted, not to mention art and environmental awareness. The alternative approaches fascinate me because we must change paths and return more to the natural and pure.
This year’s event, which was held from May 4th to 10th, was organized by Flavia de Luca and Marjolein Meulblok in partnership with the La Herradura City Hall and Almuñécar Town Hall. Flavia and Marjolein are both professors of Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga and active supporters of healthy and conscious living.
One of the highlights of the event was the visit of Tulku Lama Lobsang, who gave lectures about Healing Meditation. The event is over as I write, but here are some photos to remind us of the importance of local happenings like this. Bravo!

Hi Grace,
Its very good to do yoga for daily life exercise and it also brings out the inner beauty.. so when inner beauty is clear, the outer beauty gets beautiful by itself..
Yoga has lots of similarity in our daily life usage..
And I love the post and the activist done there and thanks for sharing..
Thank you for your nice comment. It’s good to do these practices to find calmness amidst the chaos 🙂
