crafting VIVID AND unique stories

Eldar Einarson began his professional life as a sailor at the age of 15 in 1962. However, his passion for acting led him to leave the sea in the late 1960s. Starting as a stagehand and actor at Scene 7 and the National Traveling Theater of Norway, he laid the foundation for a diverse career in television and film. He now focuses on digitalpoetism, a visual art form developed for fine art prints and expressed through his distinctive and evocative imagery at GaffGaff Galleri. Drawing on a lifetime of experience, a vibrant imagination, and a vivid writing style, his work is truly unique.

mission madness

A mix of adventure, reality and madness that takes you on a wild trip to China and Tibet…

Mission Madness details how I ended up in an airship over the Yar-lung Valley in Tibet to photograph the mountain god Yar-lha-sham-po using a Russian-developed bioelectrographic camera. The recordings revealed something that the Chinese Air Force classified as Top Secret. This occurred 14 years ago, and now I’m taking the chance to reveal one of the best-kept secrets in China’s recent history.

stranded on lokor

An 11-year-old boy wakes up in a brutal world on a distant planet. Without understanding how he ended up there, he must fight for his life and find a way home…

As a child, I experienced the sensation of moving out of my body. I saw strange landscapes far from my own world and felt as though I could be in two places at once. However, I always quickly returned to my reality. When I was 11 years old, I couldn’t find my way back from one of these “out-of-body experiences.” The nightmare that followed still haunts me. Stranded on Lokor is about being trapped in a dystopian world and the struggle to return safely.
