House-hunting for my Family in Davao

Since I will move to Spain this summer, my family and I are preparing for a big change in our lives. We have a small budget so finding a decent house for my mother and sisters was difficult. Even if I have been in real estate, I had a hard time figuring out where to rent. I searched all over the internet, asked my network, but nothing was perfect for us and our budget LOL.

Days turned into weeks and we had no success. We just thought of going back to where we lived before I got married, but now we have a lot of things to take care of and would be hard to accommodate in a very small place.

After many house viewings, the universe listened to my prayers. I found a cute brand new house for rent and the owners are very nice. It is near the place where we have amortized a house that will be built next year. Hopefully, we will be able to finish the installments of the down payment before our new landlord will need the house we now are so lucky to move in to.

It´s another lesson for me not to give up before you have a good result because someday and somewhere, something good is waiting. Never give up and do your best. Focus, patience, and action make the results more favorable. It will be a new environment for my mother and sisters again, but life is a constant change. We are looking forward to a new chapter in our lives, and to take good care of the opportunities entrusted to us.
